We want you to love what you buy from NANHEY KADAM! But if something doesn’t work out, you can return your order within 5 days of receiving it.
Conditions for Return
- Return the item within 5 days from the delivery date.
- It should be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Pack it back in the original packaging.

How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email us at contact@nanheykadam.com or Call us on +91 76981 20142 with your order number and reason for return.
- Get a Return Code: We’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and our return address.
- Pack Your Return:
- Put the items securely in the original package.
- Include your invoice and RMA number inside.
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship It Back:
- Use any courier service of your choice to send the package to:

Refund Process
- Once we receive and check your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation before shipment (Only valid on orders’ place & delivery in India):
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on contact@nanheykadam.comor call us on +91 76981 20142 (Monday to Saturday, 10AM to 7PM)
In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 3 business Days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at contact@nanheykadam.com.
